Advanced EMDR- and IFS-informed trauma care grounded in careful assessment, intentional pacing, and clinical integrity.

We do not rush trauma processing.
Trauma work is paced based on readiness and nervous system capacity, not arbitrary limits.
Treatment begins with careful assessment of nervous system capacity, internal resources, attachment patterns, and readiness for trauma-focused work. This foundation is essential to ensure safety, prevent overwhelm, and support durable change.
Our work integrates:
Trauma Healing Support is designed for clients who require more than generalized or symptom-focused therapy. Our work emphasizes:
This approach supports depth, integration, and long-term change rather than short-term symptom relief.
We work with adolescents and adults experiencing chronic trauma responses, emotional reactivity or shutdown, and attachment-related difficulties. Many seek treatment after limited progress in prior therapy and report ongoing difficulty feeling safe, grounded, or present.
Externally, clients often appear high-functioning. Internally, they may experience persistent overwhelm, disconnection, or a sense of being stuck despite significant effort.
Clients are often referred by other clinicians, medical providers, or prior therapists seeking specialized trauma care for complex presentations.

Trauma Healing Support is designed for clients who require more than protocol-driven or symptom-focused care. Treatment is grounded in careful assessment, stabilization, and readiness before trauma processing begins.
We emphasize:
We operate as a private-pay practice in order to maintain clinical autonomy, appropriate pacing, and treatment decisions guided by client need rather than insurance requirements. This model allows for:

Trauma Healing Support provides advanced, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults and adolescents seeking highly skilled, individualized care. Our work is grounded in comprehensive assessment, clinical judgment, and intentional pacing to support depth, safety, and lasting change.
Individual psychotherapy is designed for clients who require a high level of clinical skill and attuned, individualized treatment. Care is tailored to the client’s history, presentation, and nervous system capacity rather than diagnosis alone.
Treatment may include stabilization and resourcing, targeted trauma processing when appropriate, and integration to support improved functioning and sustained change. Sessions are purposeful and clinically guided, with pacing determined by readiness rather than time constraints or external requirements.
This service is well suited for clients who value depth, structure, and a thoughtful therapeutic process.
Extended sessions and intensives are available for select clients when standard session lengths are not clinically sufficient. These offerings support focused, contained therapeutic work and are structured to maintain safety, coherence, and effectiveness.
Intensives are highly individualized and require advanced clinical planning. They are offered on a limited basis following consultation and assessment to ensure appropriateness and readiness.
Availability is limited. Extended sessions and intensives are offered by consultation only.
Skills groups are clinically structured, trauma-informed offerings designed to strengthen nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and relational capacity.
Groups emphasize application of skills in real-world contexts and are facilitated with clear therapeutic objectives.
These groups are educational and experiential and do not involve trauma processing or detailed trauma narratives.
Groups are time-limited, professionally facilitated, and appropriate for clients seeking focused skill development within a contained environment.
Consultations are a required first step for all services and are used to assess clinical fit, readiness, and the level of care indicated.
Not all therapeutic approaches or service structures are appropriate for every client.
When our services are not the best match, referral options may be provided to support appropriate continuity of care.
