Trauma therapy

Together we will engage in a highly interactive evaluation process that combines the practitioner's skill with the patient's competence, comprehension and hopes for themselves to develop a successful and tailored treatment plan.  You will receive a personalized sensory   plan and wellness toolbox individualized to enhance your ability to control your emotions when experiencing distress and heal.
Session rate: $315.00 (90 Minutes) 

Individual therapy is designed to encourage you to reframe and cultivate a new awareness of how your life experiences impact your quality of life while receiving assistance in individual therapy. Together we will create a therapy plan to figure out how to build the skills for you to lead the life you want.

Session rate: $250 (60 Minutes)

Adjunct treatment is a supplement to the main therapeutic alliance; it does not supplant or stop pre-existing therapy.  Together with your primary therapist, we will devise a trauma healing plan for you. It happens when the client and the main therapist sense that they have reached a treatment plateau or obstacle or recognize that specialized treatment would be beneficial. 

Session rate: $175.00 (45 Minutes)

EMDR/Progressive Counting intensives are treatments delivered over a short period, time frame, during which multiple sessions are completed per day. Studies show that extended and intensive therapy for trauma and stress can be extremely effective at reducing symptoms and minimizing treatment time. All intensive treatment sessions and retreats are conducted by an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist. Rates rounded to nearest quarter-hour.

Session rate: $370.00 - $1480.00 ( 90 minutes up to 4 hours)
