Who to refer

  • Adults stepping down from inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP care who need trauma-focused continuing care.
  • High-functioning adults whose trauma needs more than stabilization — patients who understand their patterns but still react from them.
  • Patients on your waitlist, or whose needs fall outside your program's scope, who would benefit from EMDR or IFS.

What referred patients receive

  • A consultation within 48 hours. Patients referred by a treatment program are offered a complimentary 30-minute video consultation within 48 hours of the referral, so care continues without a gap.
  • Ongoing EMDR and IFS therapy. $250 per 53+ minute session, private-pay, with superbills provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA/FSA accepted.
  • EMDR intensives. Focused work in a condensed format — preparation, processing, and integration as a complete package, beginning at $900 for a three-hour intensive.
  • Skills cohort. The Adult Emotional Regulation & Resilience Skills Cohort: a 12-week telehealth cohort on the Emotional Regulation Path™ framework (Wednesdays, 7:00–8:30 PM ET; $1,140). The next cohort begins January 13, 2027, and enrollment opens in November.

How to refer

  • Refer online: complete the short referral form below — it comes straight to the practice, and we respond within one business day. For program referrals, the patient is then offered their consultation within 48 hours.
  • Patients who prefer to start themselves can request through our SimplePractice portal — traumahealingsupport.clientsecure.me — and name your program; the 48-hour commitment still applies.
  • Or call 508.301.7995. With the patient's written consent, we coordinate with your team and their other providers, and we refer back when a higher level of care is needed — this relationship runs both ways.
